We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For items purchased from our online store, returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for products that are new, unused and in their original packaging. Please retain proof of purchase as it is required for returns and warranty requests.
Limited warranty
We offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 366 days from the original date of purchase when the item was bought from an authorized source or directly through our store. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive wear, or failure to follow care instructions.
What is not covered
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear such as finish wear, paint chips, dents from drops, broken glass, broken caps caused by impact, rubber gaskets removed by force, loss, theft or any damage resulting from abuse or failure to follow product care recommendations (for example, improper dishwasher use when the product instructions advise otherwise).
How to initiate a claim
If you believe your product is defective, email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may request images for validation. If a covered defect is confirmed after inspection, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable product at no charge. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
